Numerous Alpine huts and hikers refuges offer refreshment opportunities, treating you to a wide selection of regional specialties.
Join us and celebrate a Lungau Harvest Festival with hikes to mountain lakes, Samson parades, mountain masses, hill-country festivals, parades of sheep returning from summer grazing, farm tours, Harvest Festival events and culinary highlights such as the “Lungauer Schöpsernes” (a mouth-watering roast of Alpine mutton) accompanied by “Lungauer Eachtling” (potatoes).
